Build matchers upon addMatcher(s) call

currently they are built on the fly, which impacts performance however not noticeably but this should be changed

When doing this the message function should also be defined, then aliasing can be a simple assignment

Have fist class Matcher, abstract the Assertion portion out of Matcher
