Remove dependency

For example --optional [arg].

$ foo
options.optional # => nil

$ foo --optional
options.optional # => nil     

$ foo --optional arg
options.optional ...

to commander/import

Currently devs cannot tell which methods relate to the public api... private will be a burden for the unit tests however :nodoc: etc should be used

Both use ERB at the moment, I personally rarely use ERB so could use much cleaning up

OptionParser implies that for example --help becomes -h, however Commander currently does not have access to this for documentation.

For people who may like the option to iterate the commands and generate markup for their executable's docs

++ erb is a bitch for whitespace sensitive templates

It does not scale with the terminal ... so maybe remove it

ok:

$ foo bar --config path

fail:

$ foo --config path bar

Seems more logical than highline's naming but both would be nice

The following will parse

foo --trace this_will_fail

Where as this will not

foo this_will_fail --some-other-switches --trace

It is not used for a whole lot now, consider removing it

Highline's is ok, take a look at its features again and consider creating a new one.
