FeatureRequest: remove program name requirement

Remove the requirement to specify the program name.

program :name, 'Foo Bar'

With a change to Commander::Runner

    def program_defaults
      return :help_formatter => HelpFormatter::Terminal,
             :int_message => "\nProcess interrupted",
             :name => Pathname($0).basename.to_s
    end
